This historic home sits on one fenced acre surrounded by 100 acres of Conservation land. Only 2 miles from the town of Alachua in one of the hilliest parts of North Central Florida, the property location gives easy access to Gainesville and the University of Florida, the many crystal clear Springs in the area which are connected to the Santa Fe and the Suwannee River systems.
