Suited To Serve
“There is no doubt that it is around the family and the home that all the greatest virtues… are created, strengthened and maintained.” (Winston Churchill) Ryan Bogden appreciates this thought process because he grew up as a product of not only his parents, but also his grandparents, and his great aunts and uncles. This upbringing shaped who he is today, providing an adventuresome and grateful spirit to live a fulfilling life. It also taught him to serve others, bringing with it the ability to gain friendships for life.
Ryan was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. From the young age of three, his Great Uncle brought him to his workshop and took him to practice at the shooting range. His Dad always included him in various handyman jobs at work and at home, as well. But the most influence came from growing up at the roller skating rink where his parents met. At age 13, it provided him with his first job, where he would learn the most valuable lessons about running a business from the Founder of Olympic Skating Center in Enola, Pennsylvania. Ryan’s interest in real estate actually began when his 11th-grade teacher suggested he read Robert Kiyosaki’s ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’. From that moment, he knew it had infinite possibilities.
After graduating from high school, he joined the Air Force, and served from 2011-2016. He lived in Germany and traveled throughout Europe for two of those years, and was exposed to different cultures. This helped him become even more understanding and accepting of other people. As his military service was coming to a close, he began his first entrepreneurial venture, building an e-commerce business that included branding and manufacturing goods while selling them on Amazon. Shortly after, he began attending Temple University, where he earned a degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management, which led him to serve in the financial services industry at Northwestern Mutual. Ultimately, though, he realized that the principles he learned from Robert Kiyosaki would determine his final career path. He became a licensed Realtor in early 2020 and has never felt more aligned in his life. His purpose is to serve busy professionals & families who are seeking an ideal home & lifestyle and need an ally who has their back. And that’s how he has earned the mantra, ‘Suited To Serve®’.
Before anything else, Ryan makes it his priority to sit down with his clients over a cup of coffee and build a relationship by learning about their life story and lifestyle needs. He’s especially suited to serve small business owners, families & veterans with enthusiasm, encouragement, and education. They find confidence in his guidance & action while they continue work and family time. He provides them with expert problem-solving & negotiation skills that he learned from his experience in financial services. He’s known for serving others with great pride, and is also focused on building relationships in his local community. He believes you should get the service you deserve whether you’re growing your nest or emptying one.
When Ryan isn’t serving his clients and building relationships, he dedicates himself to living life the way he was raised--surrounded by friends, family, and adventure. He developed a love for skydiving in recent years, which he still does at least once a month, keeping a big dose of adrenaline and adventure running through his veins. His bucket list items include visiting 100 countries, scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, and getting his pilot’s license. No matter where life takes him, whether in Pennsylvania raised by his large family, overseas with the Air Force, or right at home in Florida, Ryan always approaches life and relationships with a sense of service and adventure.
